GYFTA光纜的結構是將250μm光纖套入高模量材料制成的松套管中,松套管內填充防水化合物。纜芯的中心是一根非金屬加強芯(FRP),對于某些芯數的光纜來(lái)說(shuō),非金屬加強芯外還需擠上一層聚乙烯(PE)。松套管(和填充繩)圍繞中心加強芯絞合成緊湊和圓形的纜芯,纜芯內的縫隙充以阻水填充物。涂塑鋁帶(APL)縱包后擠制聚乙烯護套成纜。
The fibers, 250μm, are positioned in a loose tube made of a high modulus plastic. The tubes are filled with a water-resistant filling compound. A Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) locates in the center of core as a non-metallic strength member. The tubes (and fillers) are stranded around the strength member into a compact and circular core. After an Aluminum Polyethylene Laminate (APL) moisture barrier is applied around the cable core, the cable is completed with a PE sheath.
